re-map

I have a 2008 seat leon tdi fr and had it dpf delete,was re-mapped and it produced 205hp,torque around 440....but knocked turbo out of balance,so I went to turbo techniques and they fitted a hybrib good for 250hp...its just had a run on a rolling rd and its running at 208hp,im wanting another re-map but obv it will be one to suit the upgrades and not just a run of the mill flash re-map.been told other engine parts are good to just under 250hp,id like to go upto around 230hp and still keep a lot of reliability,is it possible and how much would you charge for this,oh and poss to knock back some of the puff out the exhaust.lol.im sure you know what I mean.Look foreward to hearing back from you.

just had a re-map done on my seat leon tdi fr and it was tuned to 203 hp....and 455nm torque but this made my turbo go out of balance very loud whistling,went to turbo techniques and they said it was deff out of balance so I had a hybrid turbo made up bye them rated upto 250hp,its had bigger turbines fitted,360 degree bearings,sports seals and re profiled to take the upgrades,oh and one of the turbines was lightend with a cut down so to give quicker spool up time,sorry don't know the proper jargon but any way it had all the whistles and bells as you might say,when fitting guy said it was running at 16 boost but can run to 18 so basically more scope for extra boost,so to keep it more reliable just turning it upto about 17.4,its had dpf removed and had performance air filter fitted as I'm not looking to max out the turbo hp.would like it upto about 230hp if possible,is this possible???.im sure its slightly up on the re-map as the guy who fitted it in house at turbo techniques says it will pull in upto 15% more air in than the old one,oh its been balanced by them also so no bloody whistling as its was after the re-map.id like an honest opinion as I don't like bull,just honest imformation.thankyou for your time in reading this and hopefully getting back to me.
